RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Santé Life, we stand behind every bottle we make.
Because our products are consumable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — no questions asked. Please contact us at info@mysantelife.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
For subscription orders, cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment. Refunds are not issued for subscription renewals that have already been processed.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occur after your order has been transferred to the carrier.
