Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During high-volume periods or new batch releases, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Santé Life is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@mysantelife.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
